JackCROOKS(Dunston). Peacefully at home on Wednesday 13th May 2015 following a short illness. He was a loving husband to Pat, devoted dad to Amanda and Melanie and a doting grandad to Abbie. The Crooks family would like to extend their gratitude to all the staff on Ward 2 at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Gateshead and District Nursing Staff for their attentiveness and loving care. All welcome to come and celebrate Jack's life at Saltwell Crematorium on Friday 22nd May at 1.45pm. Memorial donations in memory of Jack may be made on the day to Cancer Research UK.
